Creamy Garlic Dressing

 

 

3/4 cup low-fat cottage cheese
3/4 cup nonfat milk
2 tablespoons cider inegar
1 envelope Italian salad dressing, mix
1 clove garlic

 

Combine all ingredients in container of
an electric blender; process until smooth.
Cover and chill thoroughly.

Serve over salad greens.
