Beef Jerky

1/2 cup soy sauce
2 cloves garlic
1 1/2 Tbsp liquid smoke
1 1/2 Tbsp brown sugar
1/4 tsp salt
l/2 tsp pepper
1 sirloin steak, thinly sliced

Combine all marinade ingredients above.
Pour over sirloin. marinate for a day or two.
Remove from marinade and dry either in a
food dehydrater or in the over at 200 degrees.
Dry for several hours till all moisture out of meat.
Store in a cool, dry place.
