Broccoli Salad



Florets from 4 bunches of broccoli-cut bite size pieces
1 large red onion - sliced thinly
1 cup raisins
1 small pack toasted or roasted sunflower seeds
16 slices crisp bacon - crumbled
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup Mayonnaise
2 heaping tbsp sugar
juice from 2 lemons



Toss together first 5 ingredients.
Combine remaining ingredients for the dressing.

Pour dressing over tossed veggies.
Cover and refrigerate 24 hours.

6-8 servings
