Picante Breakfast Tacos

4 servings
1/2  cup chopped green bell pepper
1/2  cup chopped onion
tablespoons butter or margarine
each eggs
3/4  cup Pace picante sauce
1/2  teaspoon garlic salt
1/2  teaspoon cumin
1 1/2  cups cheddar cheese, or jack cheese, shredded
each 10-inch flour tortillas
whole sliced avocado

Cook green pepper and onion in butter in 10-inch skillet
until tender but not brown. Stir in eggs, 1/4 cup Pace Picante
Sauce, garlic salt and cumin. Cook over medium-low heat,
stirring frequently, until eggs are set. Remove from heat,
stir in one cup of cheese. Fill flour tortilla with egg mixture;
add one tablespoon of remaining cheese and desired amount
of remaining picante sauce. Top each with avocado.
