Meyer Lemon Vinaigrette

- Zest of 1 Meyer lemon
- 2 tablespoons Meyer lemon juice (from about 1 large lemon)
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- About 1/4 tsp. fine sea salt
- 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 garlic clove, minced

- Whisk vinaigrette ingredients together in a medium bowl until smoothly blended.
- Make ahead: Up to 1 week, chilled.
