Blue Cheese Spread

 

 

1 4 ounce blue cheese, crumbles
1 pound cream cheese, soft, 2 tubs
1 tablespoon cognac
Salt and Freshly ground black pepper to taste
1 bunch fresh chives, finely chopped
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped

 

 

Allow cheese to reach room temperature. Combine all cheeses together with Cognac. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add the chives and walnuts. Mix well. Chill at least 1/2 hour. Serve with crackers.
