Cocktail Sausage Balls



1 pound hot, bulk sausages
3 cups biscuit mix
1 pound sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
2 to 4 tablespoons ice water



Combine sausage, biscuit mix and grated cheese. Add ice water spoonful by spoonful, as needed to make dough stick together. Shape into cocktail size meatballs. Place on rack in baking pan and bake at 300 degrees until lightly brown, about 25 minutes. These freeze well. Freeze after cooking. Reheat at 350 degrees.
