Hot Cheese Dip

 

 

  • 2 cups (8 oz) shredded extra sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 small onion, grated
 
  • Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl, stirring well. Place mixture in an ungreased 1 quart baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serve with assorted crackers
