Sun Dried Tomato Dip

 

 

  • 1 7-oz jar oil-pakced sundried tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 8 oz package cream cheese
  • 2 - 3 cloves garlic
 
  • Drain tomatoes, reserving 1 tablespoon oi. Position knife blade in food processor bowl; add oil, tomatoes, cream cheese and garlic. Process until well blended, stopping to scape down sides. Transfer dip to a serving bowl. Serve with raw veggies, crackers or tortilla chips.
